Feels like forever since I’ve said this but there’s a new Gran Grimoire page up! I KNOW!! Leon is as surprised as you are! O_O
As part of my internship, I’ve been learning how to ink with a brush (traditional art holy shit what).
This is literally my third time with it and my first time inking over something that didn’t already have the line weights laid out for me. Obviously there are quite a few mistakes with it (and I haven’t touched it up digitally because I’ve been sick and lazy lately). Still, it’s pretty interesting to see the huge difference it makes with me to be doing stuff with a brush.
Once I can afford paper, I’ll probably redo this and use a brush inked version to proceed with the colored version of this picture. So if you’re not tired of seeing it yet, JUST YOU WAIT. In the meantime I’m going to lie down because I am STILL SICK ARGHghghgh
I had to recalibrate BOTH my monitors this weekend and so this is either really purple or uh not.
(this is a 50% zoom, by the way, IT GETS MUCH BIGGER)
